Telehealth and COVID-19

In the context of COVID-19, Insight Works is adopting a predominantly Telehealth model for service delivery. 

This means that you will no longer have to come to the clinic but instead will be seen via video call using your phone or computer, or by talking to your psychologist by phone.

We will contact you prior to your session to help you set up your video session. If you are unable to connect by video we can do the session by voice only using any telephone. 

You will need a quiet space at home where you will not be interrupted and your device (computer or phone) will need to have enough charge for approximately 1 hour of use. 

Young children's sessions will be kept shorter if necessary.

The technology is easy to use. We will email you a link. You click on the link to join the video session.

Note that our cancellation policy still applies to video sessions and that Medicare will not fund the cancellation fee BUT you will still get a Medicare rebate for your  Telehealth session.
